Sales Trainee

For Sales Trainee, we are looking for the person with the expectation to proceed to the management position and act as a core of our company. 

Programme Details:

The 2-year Sales Trainee Programme provides you the opportunity to visit operations, customer service and sales departments at the beginning of the programme. You will be able to learn the whole business flow from frontline to backend behind each sales order from logistics professionals in different fields. A sales professional would be assigned as your sales buddy periodically for your shadowing learning experience to develop business skills.

After rotation and training, you will be assigned to a sales department to further enhance your skills and develop your own sales network. We will provide promotion opportunities up to Assistant Manager level based on your sales progress at the end of the programme.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or above in any discipline
  • At least 1 year working experience, preferably in sales or logistics function
  • Logistics related working experience or knowledge would be an advantage
  • Willing to learn, aspired and interested in the logistics field
  • Good team player with strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated and drive to achieve excellence
  • Aggressive, outgoing and willing to take new challenge
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Japanese is a plus but not essential
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Power Point & Outlook)

Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Explore & develop new business opportunities
  • Achieve KPI targets
  • Prepare proposals for clients, coordinate projects and information leading to sales
  • Execute company’s sales strategy and promote company services to customers
  • Ensure our service commitments fulfilled and meet customers’ requirements
  • Assist in ad hoc projects

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above, preferably in logistics or supply chain
  • 1 year or above of sales experience in forwarding, logistics, courier, e-commerce industry would be an advantage
  • Good team player, ambitious, outgoing, self-motivated & client focused, especially interested in new business development
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills in both English and Chinese, fluent Japanese is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Power Point & Outlook)
  • Candidate with more experience would be considered as Senior Sales Executive
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed

Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Explore & develop new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute sales strategy of the company business to achieve KPI targets
  • Ensure our service commitments fulfilled and meet customers’ requirements 
  • Propose essential acts to boost sales and transactions
  • Conduct business and competitive analysis for forecasting and planning
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • 3 years or above sales experience in forwarding and logistics industry with solid customer network
  • Good team player, ambitious, outgoing, self-motivated & client focused

  • Candidate with more experience would be considered as Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with other departments including sales, cs and operations for daily job
  • Work with warehouse team and operating WMS for inbound/ outbound orders preparation

Requirements:

Japanese Speaking Customer Service Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Handle client’s inquiries & complaints by phone or email
  • Arrange and follow up daily in & outbound shipment
  • Maintain good communication with local & Japanese clients, overseas office and agents
  • Coordinate and communicate with other departments including sales, warehouse and operations
  • Handle problems in daily operations and provide solutions to customers within timeframe set
  • Prepare monthly statement and billing
  • Perform any ad hoc assigned when required

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in any disciplines
  • Experience in customer service or logistics operation would be an advantage
  • Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese, Mandarin and Japanese (JLPT N2 level or above)
  • Good PC skills and proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, V-look up, Outlook)
  • Mature, well-organized and willing to learn
  • Responsible and able to work independently under pressure
  • Initiative and enjoy working in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment with positive attitude

Air Export Clerk

Responsibilities:

  • Handle air export shipment independently
  • Coordinate with internal operations team & customers
  • Data entry & filing

Requirements:

  • F.5 or above
  • At least 1 year related experience is preferred but not a must
  • Fresh graduate would also be considered
  • Willing to work overtime & work occasionally on holidays
  • Well organized and detail-minded
  • Good command of English & Mandarin
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications, i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook etc.

Working Hours (Day& Night Shift is required):

  • 09:00 – 18:00 (Mon – Fri) & 09:00 – 12:45 (Sat)
  • 14:00 – 23:00 (Mon – Fri) & Sat off
