Japanese Speaking Administration Assistant / Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Provide secretarial & administrative support to the corporate management team, such as CSR issues, reports, etc.
  • Organize and coordinate conference, staff activities & company events

  • Assist in secretarial task and minutes taking for management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related discipline

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with other departments including sales, cs and operations for daily job

Senior Training & Recruitment Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive training and recruitment duties
  • Be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, including job advertisement posting, sourcing, screening, arranging & conducting interviews, giving job offers and related administrative duties for on-boarding
  • Develop, coordinate and conduct virtual / face-to-face training programs for staff of different levels, and evaluate the effectiveness of the programs
  • Design and implement training and recruitment projects to align with company direction and improve business results
  • Organize and implement employee relations events for all staff
  • Prepare analysis, report and employment agreement
  • Support the team on administrative and coordination work, as well as other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Experience in logistics industry is an advantage
